Hi Everybody, K-3d is awesome!
Does anybody have a good method for integrating K-3d artwork with Flash / Flex / Actionscript? For example, I want to turn K-3d objects into clickable buttons in a swf file for a web site.
If there were an easy way to do this, then K-3d would be a powerful design tool indeed!
Gotta be honest, I don't know anything about flash or related technologies ... my assumption is that this would just be another exporter plugin, but I'm assuming that you would somehow combine a rendered image with generated code?

Tim is on the right track, render using shaders that ID objects in one image channel, or render each frame twice, once for color and once for the data required to create an image map for each frame. We do not currently have an exporter to flash 3D directly, if that is what you mean.
Sorry I haven't time for a more detailed tutorial.
