Hi Tim
I managed to get past the error msg and build k3d (T2 linux, x86-64, gcc 4.1, glibc 20051128 snapshot (2.3.90), boost 1.35.0, k3d svn r1265).
I was having problems linking (undefined reference to boost::program_options::options_description::m_default_line_length), but that was solved when i cleaned the old boost libraries i had around ;)
So, problem solved, back to making some RIB files for the new Shrimp ;)
I’m going to use this opportunity to ask for a feature though, when the user right-clicks on a object, and selects \"Mesh Modifier\", or \"Transform Modifier\", and k3d displays the (huge) list of nodes, it would be nice if the user could press any key, and the menu would display only the nodes that started with that key, like, pressing right-click > mesh modifier > displaying all nodes, pressing E, and instead of displaying all nodes, it would narrow it down to the nodes that begin with the letter E, Extrude, Edges to Blobby, and so on.
It would be nice having the menus (mesh modifier, transform, create), popping up via for instance, TAB or whatever, and with this alphabetical narrowing down of nodes. Just my .02c.
Anyway, congrats to all the developers, lots of improvements over 0.6.7.0, the last version i had tried.
Keep up the good work
