In other 3D modeling applications (Blender, C4D, etc.) you can "lock" an object, which disallows any changing of its properties or position, etc.
Sorry if I've missed it, but how is this done in K-3D?

We add items to the tracker as they come-up. The big question in my mind is: what does locking mean in the K-3D context? Not selectable? Not transformable? Every property is read-only?
Of the three, "not selectable" would be the most straightforward to implement.

I believe he/she meant “avoiding any accidental transformation”.
