Where to find sl2xml in k3d-win32 ???

I’m currently do my first steps with the new 0.5.10-release in Win32 (XP-Pro).
One of the strange things with k3d is the need to produce a separate .xml-file for a shader.
As far as I know at the moment, a \"normal\" shader-file (*.sl) must be filtered through a parser .
But I was unable to find the needed k3d-sl2xml !
(just found a the .cpp-source in the cvs, but I’m totally unexpirienced in compiling-matters...)
Hopefully somebody can help...
