Hiya.
K-3D renders fine to RenderMan Engine but not to YafrayEngine.
When I choose:
Render>Preview>Create YafrayEngine
I get:
\"Could not locate the yafray executable.
Check to ensure that you have Yafray installed,
and that the PATH environment variable points to
the Yafray installation directory.\"
Yafray is installed at the default location:
C:\\Program Files\\YafRay
It accepts renders from Blender.
Could someone tell me where I find the ’environment variables’ for K-3D.
I cannot see a relevant menu item or a configuration file.
Cheers.

Well you are in windows...(XP or 2000)
Answer:
The path is now managed by Windows 2000 / Windows XP and not the autoexec.bat or autoexec.nt files. To change the system environment variables, follow the below steps.
1. From the desktop, right click My Computer and click properties.
2. In the System Properties window, click on the Advanced tab.
3. In the Advanced section, click the Environment Variables button.
4. Finally, in the Environment Variables window, highlight the path variable in the Systems Variable section and click edit. Add or modify the path lines with the paths you wish the computer to access. Each different directory is separated with a semicolon as shown below.
C:\\Program Files;C:\\Winnt;C:\\Winnt\\System3

I am well. Thanks for asking.
I am using Windows.
Are you suggesting I can only use K-3D with XP or 2000? (You put XP and 2000 in parentheses).
You chose Windows 2000 / Windows XP for an example:
Your quote from http://www.computerhope.com/issues/ch000549.htm:
\"The path is now managed by Windows 2000 / Windows XP and not the autoexec.bat or autoexec.nt files. To change the system environment variables, follow the below steps.\"
is incorrect.
That same page states:
\"Additional information about the MS-DOS path command that is still usable in Windows 2000 and Windows XP can be found on our path command page\".
\"The\" path can be managed in 2K by the registry.
It can be managed by autoexec. This is according to Microsoft and I agree with them.
I am aware how to set a system wide path.
Thanks for refreshing my memory.
That is not what I asked.
\"Could someone tell me where I find the ’environment variables’ for K-3D.
