is ther a way to do that or to convert a 3ds file to be use in K3d ?
sketchup export in .3ds, dxf dwg, .dae (collada), .fbx, .obj, .vrl et .xsi
thank you for any hints

OBJ is the best format for importing data into K-3D - please post an obj exported from sketchup and provide more detail on what doesn’t work, so we can fix whatever’s wrong.
Cheers,
Tim

the pb is when I want to import, I select the obj extension and the file and after \"open\" I get the message \"Error importing file. If you chose \"Automatic\" as the filter type,
try choosing a specific filter that matches the filetype you’re importing\"
I get it if I choose automatic or .obj filter
I would like to post the obj file but I don’t know how to do on this forum (thats the design of my bathroom, 1.9 Mo, I would like to get a better quality of rendering than sketchup, specially the mirror effect)
