DirectX Integration

Hello. My name is Dmitriy. I'm from Ukraine. I do not know very well English so excuse me beforehand. k-3D is one of the first graphical editors that a started to learn. Well, I would like to know when will as possible import and export X-files(DirectX) in programm?

Thanks for your interest! As is always the case with Free Software, it depends on when someone contributes the code ... you shouldn't wait for someone else to do it. If you aren't a programmer yourself, you probably know someone who is - encourage them to contribute!

Now I am developing a physics engine in DireсtX 10 and I would like to see it in the K-3D. My suggestions: when I will finish the engine in C + +,could you integrate it into the K-3D? And one more thing: make rendering by Gouraud's method, please. That would be very good.

K-3D supports a wide variety of render engines, including Aqsis and LuxRender, that support Gouraud shading.
